Payment/Booking:
I break down payments based on the order of production, or typically 50/50, using waveapps.com for invoicing that includes a 2.9% processing fee.
1A.) I require a minimum deposit of 25% to book. Or 50% up front.
2A.) All payments must be paid before beginning any editing process.
3A.) All payments and reimbursements must be paid before sending any deliverables.
Scheduling/Cancellation:
1B.) A non-refundable 25% is applied to any cancellation.
2B.) A rescheduling fee will apply to reschedule. You must notify me about rescheduling within 72 hours prior to the original shoot day to reschedule.
3B.) No shows or cancellations that aren't notified about won't receive any refund.
Revisions:
1C.) Re-edits at an additional cost. There is no set price; just be mindful of extra work being done, that will cost.
2C.) You can only qualify for a revision within 72 hours once original deliverables are delivered.
Guidelines:
1D.) Files have a low chance to get lost/corrupted. I’ll do my best to execute the next best solution.
2D.) Additional hrs / locations will be charged. Plan and communicate accordingly.
3D.) Once delivered footage I may delete all RAW files after 72 hours.
4D.) I may use any footage for personal use at any time unless agreed upon.
5D.) You cannot sell or revise the final version of my work unless it’s agreed upon.
6D.) You must tag/include credibility projects that I deliver.
7D.) I do not control any type of copyright issues for any projects. like locations, products, music and sounds and stock footage.
8D.) I prefer to deliver RAW files to you on a SSD. Delivered through the cloud may not always be capable.
9D.) I may hire someone to document and post any behind the scenes any time on set.
10D.) I may hire extra crew members that may not always have to execute certain tasks. Any additional work must be discussed beforehand.
11D.) Editing projects can take up to 1-5 weeks unless discussed otherwise. Faster delivery time may cost extra.

Social Media Management (SMM):
1E.) Terms that will apply to SMM ​1D, 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D, 7D, 8D, 9D, 10D.
2E.) Agreement of weekly or monthly payments.
3E.) Must complete payment before beginning any filming or editing.
4E.) Must receive footage weekly or sooner. Late footage receival may delay monthly deliverables.
5E.) Plan shoot days ASAP. Any reschedules may cost extra or may not happen.
6E.) Missed shoot days or lack of footage to create an edit will not roll over into the next month unless agreed or offer.
7E.) Any revisions must be requested within 24hrs after sending the deliverable
8E.) I may hire someone else to cover a shoot day if I'm unavailable.
